1. Booking request information
When you send a booking request, BLAXCAT RIDE stores your name, email or phone number, requested vehicle class, rental dates, pickup area, payment preference and any note you choose to provide. Do not enter card numbers, passwords, PINs or identity-document numbers.
2. How we use it
We use this information to check availability, calculate and confirm the rental price, contact you about the request, prevent misuse and support the rental. Sending a request does not itself create a confirmed rental or charge you.
3. Payment information
For a confirmed bank-transfer request, the customer may upload a payment-receipt image. It is stored privately and used only to verify the booking payment, support reconciliation and handle disputes or legal requirements. Do not upload passwords, PINs, OTPs or unrelated account information. Card entry, when enabled, will be handled by the approved payment provider; BLAXCAT RIDE will not store full card numbers or security codes.
4. Purpose and access
Information will be used for booking fulfilment, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support and dispute handling. Access will be limited to authorized personnel and service providers that need it for those purposes.
5. Retention and rights
Unconfirmed booking requests are retained only as needed to respond, prevent abuse and meet legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized. To request access, correction or deletion, email theblaxcat@gmail.com with your booking reference.
