Rental Terms

1. Booking confirmation
Submitting a request does not by itself create a confirmed rental. A booking becomes confirmed only after BLAXCAT RIDE checks availability, discloses the final price and applicable requirements, and provides written confirmation.
2. Rental eligibility
Drivers must meet the age, identity, licence and vehicle-class requirements disclosed before confirmation. International visitors may need a passport and a licence valid for driving in Thailand. Original passports will not be retained as security.
3. Pricing and payment
The complete rental amount, included items, optional extras and any refundable security requirement will be disclosed before payment. Rental charges and security authorizations will be presented separately.
4. Handover and return
Vehicle condition, mileage, fuel level and accessories will be recorded at handover and return. Customers may review and acknowledge the inspection record. Normal wear is distinguished from new damage.
5. Customer responsibilities
The vehicle must be used lawfully, by approved drivers and within the agreed rental period and area. Traffic penalties, prohibited use, loss and damage are handled according to the confirmed agreement and supporting evidence.
6. Support and complaints
Questions, changes or complaints may be sent to theblaxcat@gmail.com. Please include the booking reference and do not email card details, passwords, PINs or identity-document images.
